Dodge City Public Schools is investigating allegations against a teacher in the district, according to a news release from the district. As this is a confidential personnel matter at this time, there is no further comment, the release stated.
Dodge City Police chief John Ball said Monday, “The district asked us to look into a situation that involved inappropriate behavior on an individual and we are still trying to determine if a crime has been committed.”
Ball could not comment on whether the situation happened during school hours on school property or after school.
