The point I was making is that sometimes there is no DNA, GSR or hair and fibers to present. But since the jury watches the people on CSI collect test and get the rults and solve the crime in one hour they expect the police and prosecution to have it anyway. If they don't they feel, no matter what evidence they do have, that there is no case when in reality they do have a pretty good case without it.
