| I've dated a woman who had similar body size to the one pictured and breasts almost as big. They WERE all natural. If you will notice in the picture there appears to be some effects of gravity going on. The big fake silicone breasts I have seen pictures of seem to defy gravity by standing out way to firmly for that size. Thus my opinion that hers are natural.
