It was actually not a USD 443 call. It was a KDOT call. Either of those agencies can provide the details. Some of it's technical. Bottom line: 443 does not have the option.
Bubb, as far as the crisis issue is concerned, the high school has a highly developed plan that went like clockwork during the drill and there is abundant safe space to stage people prior to transporting them out.
I have seen how a relatively minor accident on Ross chokes traffic down. Still, an ambulance can get through either direction with no problem. |
