What buffer zone? Walgreen's is on a city street just like the school. All I'm asking for is a straight answer. The school is not on any state or US highway, it is surrounded by city streets. But even if it was on a highway, so what? Like I pointed out before, SW Heights is located right on a US Highway with NO city around or near the school. It's about halfway between Plains and Kismet.
