Take her to dinner at Yia Yia's. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is romantic. There won't be any kids in there either to spoil ur evening.

I think they take reservations...you will definitely want those on VD. Also there are a lot of nice live music places to go down in Old Town. If you are staying the Old Town Hotel is pretty cool.
