| Ya know there was a time in the 70's as I recall - might have been very late 60's that the Hells Angels decided to come to Texas to wup ass on the Banditos ( Texas bikers and hell raisers extrordinare)..... well the Rangers decided that anything like that would be a "public nusciance"..... so both bikers clubs were ready for action.......... the HA drove to Galveston and were met at the causeway (only way onto the island from California) and basically escorted the entire group down the main thouroghfare and promtly boarded them onto the ferry at the East end of the island. They got dumped off on the highway heading to La, Beaumont, and Port Arthur. They had to circle around about 60 extra miles to get to I 10 to get back to Houston to go back to Cally. Was a sight to behold......LOL......... they never came back, they didn't sue, they just left. Wonder why being a "public nusience" isn't an option for ole Fred????
