I am past my year with SBC and had no trouble at all. In Dec I got a new phone bill after I had signed up for a new package deal. With internet & phone service the bill was to run around $75.00 a month, well it was $134.78. I called to find out what the problem was and the lady on the other end said she would find out for me and within 2 minutes she told me my phone & internet was $77.01.Some one had made a mistake. I haven't had a bill over $75.00 since. I'm stay-in where I'm at. |
