| I saw this movie this afternoon, and have to say "WOW." This is one of the few movies that has been released in quite awhile that is actually worth paying full price to see. I concede that this movie won't be to everybody's taste as it is a little dark. But, I think the majority of people that see it with an open mind will come away with plenty to talk about with others that have seen it.
My favorite line in the movie..."People should not be afraid of the government. The government should be afraid of the people."
But, for the government to be afraid "We the People" have to take a stand. We cannot let the government tell us what we have the right to say, to read, to watch, to listen to. We need to let the government know that we don't want the government eavesdropping on us or censoring what we read watch and listen to.
The best way to do that is to force the government into passing election reforms about how much money can be spent on elections,(added on edit) that way the best person gets the job, not the richest or the one with the richest friends. It would level the playing field and each candidate would have the same amount of exposure.(end edit) Letting our representatives know how we feel and tell them that they represent us and to vote how "WE" see fit. If they refuse to do those things, we need to step up and vote them out of office until we get somebody in there that will vote in accordance with "OUR" wishes.
We must remember how and why this country was started. The government works for us, not us working for the government.
Everybody should see this movie on the "big screen" with the "big sound." It is well worth the price of admission.
Yes, I will also be buying this when it comes out on DVD.
