| She's made quite a name for herself - even up here. I think she thinks the county attorney's office doesn't have enough to do and that the judges and juries aren't overworked. The CA said he'd look at it and see if charges should be filed. Let's follow that. I've gotten a phone call from a jailer (the bad former husband...) - all they did was dial the phone and hand the receiver part to him. They didn't verify first who was on the line. So, maybe Hess was in Hays (or wherever). I don't understand why the onus is put on the jailer to make sure the accused actually speaks to their lawyer. Seems somebody in the Hess household should have the responsibility to call her and let her know, not the jailer. Or maybe it should be her responsibility to make sure all her clients know where she is 24-7?
