| I would think there is an inmate phone where they can make their own calls. I don't ever remember a time that a jailer, or deputy made a call for any inmate. Wierd. Course IF the jailer says he spoke to her and it's apparent that he didn't ......... why would he be dumb enough to say it twice? on 2 sperate occasions?............... (just the other side of the coin)
Overall I don't see the big deal here. She got her client off - I'm sure the jailer has been spoken too........ and probably doesn't do the dialing anymore. I would be more apt to let the fella dial his own #....... not everyone calls thier attorney - actually I don't believe it's up to a jailer to say who the inmate can / can't call. So I woulda been more inclined to have to have said........ I don't know - I dialed a # - he said it was his attorney..... who am I to eavsdropp.........
