I agree with you Tee. If the jailer lied under oath, then hang his ass!
Likewise, I have witnessed it many times, Hess lies in court and gets away with it. Hess may be a good attorney, if you are
guilty and want someone to lie, cheat, and steal in order to get you off of truthful charges.
Maybe the jailer could get Hess to be his attorney, so he could get off free.
Hess has no ethics, and does not uphold the oath she took when becoming an attorney. In fact, her maiden name of Phelps, she fits right in with the Topeka misfits!!
