| I agree with Tee - Hess isn't doing anything legally wrong when she paints a picture for the jury. We may find it objectionable, but it's not wrong. She's been trained to do that. And she apparently does it well. You're also right, Tee, that the jailer is in the wrong and Hess is right to point it out. I still don't necessarily agree with court, though. Surely, time would be better spent educating him and perhaps being side-lined without pay for a while.
