Well I'm hoping that maybe the story isn't that bad. I know that lots of places the politics are such that it's easy to get set up for almost anything. I guess that was my point.

Thank goodness my son has never been in that situation and his force backs it's officers (which is a rareity these days) but it doesn't mean I don't feel for every cop that gets caught or caught up. It's a tough job and it takes a toll on many good cops and thier families. So with that in mind I just thought maybe a friendly voice on the phone to this guy might be nice. So many times when something like this happens - folks just kinda "wish they had called" but never did. ....................... Course I feel for the victims as well if there are any victims.......... one never knows bout this kinda stuff. Just seems to me if it were really anything evil he would be arrested by now. Sounds more political..........
