| Well Osburn has a point. Ya can't just put them in a closet and tell them good behavior is not rewardable. That's not how the prison system works. Didn't he get the death penalty???........... See down here he for sure would be busy with the appeal that he would never win. He wouldnt'be worried bout pens and papers. Course if he has pens, paper, tv, etc. Ya have to remember he also is now getting mental health assistance that he didn't have out in the real world......... that I'm sure had a lot to do with his mental issues. Psycopaths are never gonna get better........... that's what the death penalty is for. sounds like the families are upset he got life in prison instead of a date with the gurney to hell
