Maybe it's avan they bought with specific funds alloted to help school districts pick up the tab of education for illegeal immagrants that are children. Other than that it could be a specific bus bought with funds that are in place for the "migrant" worker....... maybe it's a bus that the beef packing plants bought to tour the new worker around
DC so they can get an "education" of where they assistance offices are.......... who the hell knows??????................. that one tho Bubba is a new one on me. Was it like a yellow school bus or a private van. Could be somthing the Catholic charaties are doin with the parishiners "tithing"........... or maybe the LULAC has come to town.......................
