Well from my life in DC and marketing - AND actually having dillons sponsor stuff I know you have to have permission to do ANYTHING in thier parking lot. Sounds "endorsive" to me too............. time to make some phone calls to that store? And the home office. I tried to get permission to have mobile signage on thier lot for DC days (religeous non profit) event......... nada......... did let me post signs (window flyers) and gave me $$............ but no 6x6 section of the lot close to 14th to plant my marquee........... yet they will be a flaming point for mexico celebration??? I feel my temp risin
