Yeah we are proud of our loss............ cause in the end WE spanked thier ass. Course to us it's about bravery, honor, committment to the Texican people. Could be why many of us in Texas (white, black, and brown) feel we paid our dues, we won Texas fair and square.......... The browns were beggin for help from Santa Anna's taxes and cruelty. American's were lookin West and the 2 just came together. So we ain't so fond of givin away what so many died for. We lost many many well known Americans at the Alamo. We do have respect for Mexican holidays and such......... it's the lazy "gimme" browns that we don't want. And the legal thing is a BIG issue round here.
