| What's with all this noise about one officer calling dispatch to have dispatch call another officer on his cell to have that officer call the first officer on his cell?
Now I know law enforcement got's a low MOS requirement in the military service and we haven't required bright people here; but wtf is with those guys running-around dispatch like a ceo secretary?
