| Maybe true for some, but I for one have enough intelligence to do more than one thing at once. I can walk and chew gum at the same time, I can read and listen to music at the same time, I can also drive and talk on the cell phone at the same time. The trick is not to pay so much attention to the phone that you forget what else you are doing.
Also, yielding to the person on the right means nothing if you are in an accident. Kansas is a comparative liability state when it comes to insurance. You could have been the person on the right, you could have had the right-of-way. But, when it comes time to turn it in to the insurance companies you will be found at least partially "at fault". Leave it to insurance companies to screw everything up!
