| We tried going thru Earp and 14th last night. I for one will be taking Spruce for a while unless I have to get on Earp.
I do hope when this is all done, they work on the lights on 1st and 2nd. Timing is horrible! Also, you should be able to turn on 1st street even if there is no arrow. I hate ending up there during lunch time or at 5pm. All it would take is to reprogram the lights to allow for the traffic to flow.
