I do believe the water line installation is all part of the main construction of W.E. Either way, it's going to suck until it finished. I can't even imagine what it will be like when they are in the McDonalds area. Its going to be hell to enforce as well. Lets just hope everyone

Yo Bubba! I feel your pain. Same thing happened to me! As for the LEO's in town, we try to show "fault" on our reports to help the none guilty party out. That is where the ticket thing helps
