| Tex, that makes a bunch of sense. Remember the girl from the south that befriended a guy on the internet (from Kansas City) and she was coming to visit and told him she was in a car accident - but really she was still in the south and had not boarded the plane? The cities involved in the hunt for her have sent her bills for officer's time. Not sure what she's gonna do with them, but I really don't want MY tax-paid officers out on a merry hunt just so she can have her jollies! Same goes here. If they're gonna waste city taxpayer money, then they need to pay it back. And also spend time with the animal control folks.
