What a crock - I know I have seen lots of stuff like this go on in TDC. Lots of male to female stuff in the 80's and 90's. More plastic surgery done to "help with readjustment", for those getting parole. It went by the term - improved self image surgery.................. this is the result of the kinder gentler prison system that no one is afraid of anymore.
