Not a first-hand review, but... Hubby saw Jarhead last weekend. Keep in mind he's retired Army and looks at most war movies with an "accuracy" eye. He said he didn't like it. It was just blood and guts, no real story line. So if it's action you're after, you'll probably love it. But don't look for anything else.
