I agree, Highway. I notice that almost every day. On the Plaza, there are homeless (at least their signs say they are) who say some of the most outrageous things. People pass by and just shrug it off because they feel sorry for them. But if you or I were to spit out the same rhetoric, somebody would notice and we'd get sued for it. Don't know how that works. I'm just not quite ready to smear my face with dirt, grease my hair up
and sit on the corner with an old tin can to find out, either.
