| Most anything is covered under the freedom of information act. All ya gotta do is be willing to pay the PD's labor of obtaining the information for you. PD's are not always willing to just hand stuff over - there are proceedures to follow. Check out the info act - I know it covers emails. You don't have to say why you want the info - but you do need to go about it the right way. If you run into obsticales the Ks Att. General will help ya out.
