| Sounds to me like the truck driver was operating his vehicle in a negligent manner. In that case it's got nothing to do with a road hazard and everything to do with responsibility of the company and the driver.
Since the cop in question wasn’t going to leave the Krispy Kremes long enough to do his job and since his pay comes from our taxes it seems like he could have explained himself.
As far as rank and names go, shouldn’t it be “deputy” donuteater when referring to members of the SO and not officer?
