Now as I understand it the Judge says we have to build it and should have build it. Now my question is, What he is saying We have to build it the way it was voted on. Right. Therefore I believe that it should go forward as it was voted on 9 years ago.. What ever the cost maybe. Heck the CofC will find a way to snow us into believeing the it's the Saviour of Dodge City, CofC get out and get the taxes from all the taco stand,etc, I have people asking me where would the best place to move, to get their children out of usd443 and all the high taxes. I tell them anywhere's but Ford County. you would still be close enough to watch the Great Event Center become the CofC save the City Dream. As one of the taxpayer said to me this morning, He voted for the Why not dodge and he wants it done the way he voted for. No watered down thing the orginal plan. Amen
