The Great Race Pit Stop- 10:30-12:30
Rush to the Boot Hill parking lot Saturday morning to catch a glimpse of 100 antique and vintage cars racing across the country. The race started in 1908 and now awards a cash purse of more than $250,000!
Coronado Classic and Antique Car show- 9am
After the vintage cars, check out some old classics near Halsey Hall, Fort Dodge.
Marchel Ranch Wild West Show- 6:15pm
Enjoy a hand clappin’, foot tappin’ good time at the Marchel Ranch. The evening starts with a delicious chuckwagon supper and keeps you going with a live cattle drive, buffalo and singing entertainment for the whole gang! Advance reservations required.
World of Outlaws “Boot Hill Showdown- 7pm
Watch Outlaw sprint car drivers fly through the Dodge City Raceway Park. Plus, watch the Outlaw 1200 mini sprints and stay for fireworks after the show!

Sunday, July 2
Fun in the SunDay - Take the kids and cool off at the Dodge City swimming pool for just 50 cents admission. Compete in games and activities for prizes. Plus, float and watch “Finding Nemo” from the pool at dusk!

Monday, July 3
Old Time BBQ and Night Under the Stars- 6pm- 2am
Enjoy an outdoor barbecue at Casey’s Cowtown. Then stay and dance under the stars! It’s your turn to enjoy the festivities without the kids!

Tuesday, July 4
Old Fashioned 4th of July at Boot Hill- 11:30 – 3pm
Bring the kids and enjoy an afternoon of games and activities. It’s the way they did it in the old days! Kids can even participate in a mini-parade around Boot Hill. FREE admission and watermelon given during the festivities!
Cowboy Band and Ice Cream in Wright Park- 8pm
Tap your feet to music from the Dodge City Cowboy Band and cool off with FREE ice cream for the first 300 people!
Old Dodge City Fourth of July- 10pm
Bring the whole family for the biggest fireworks display in Western Kansas! Doors open at nine at Memorial Stadium’s south entrance. Enjoy the fiery blasts set to patriotic music, or watch from home and tune in to Q-97 FM for the simulcast!
