UPDATE
JAG's adjuster finally made it by today and looked over the vehicle. He agreed to the damages of $3800.00 and finalized the claim. He said I would be getting a check soon. We are going on a month now, so hopefully they wont drag their feet on issueing the check, but they appear to be working on it now.
