| I agree OOD, and since most computers, especially newer ones, have an ethernet port, it makes perfect sense. And as far as a firewall, Windows xp has a built in one. Some will argue how well it works, but for the normal user, it's usually plenty. Plus, all routers are firewalls. You can setup within the router, if you need certian ports to be open all the time, but for the most part, it closes all ports that aren't needed. |
