| Its good we have a way to keep tabs on sex offenders or "tree jumpers" I call them. But what about the unregestered ones. The nasty few that once released from d.o.c. went awol never to be seen by their parole officer. So they prey their killing feilds undetected by radar. What I think should be done is this..upon conviction, all chi-mo's and tree jumpers should have an implant injected, kinda like they have for pets, except satelites will do all the tracking. Does this sound too extreme? |
