I dunno - I sometimes have plans that involve puttin money back to achieve a certain goal. If it takes too long to get there the goal can change. I call that spendin my money wisely. If the money allowed has been spent elsewhere who do ya think is gonna come up with the extra money now??? The tax payer! If the plan needs to be tweeked for the good of all why is it more prudent and intellegent to say "that's what we voted for!"? Several years is a very long time in business - alot can change and the needs of the overall majority may have changed. I'm just sayin don't spend MORE money cause ya voted to have something that may not be what you need or can fill. It's not a stupid thing to do........ ya know double check the height of the cliff before ya jump off - espcialy if it's taken ya years to build the courage to jump. Might be jumpin ain't that important afterall. Then again ya might be one that feels - "If I said I was gonna do it - I'll break both legs to prove I meant it!"
