Surely there is some cashola left under the mattress after 10 years of resistance from you and others like yourself to building the darn barn right? I mean usually you lay down a decent down payment and that interest rate drops.. so that has to account for something. As for the Boot Hill bail out I hope it has reached it's end.
I find it funny how the true issues, (i.e. the BootHill Bail out and the jail and others), are delivered in that always all too familiar SEC wrapping paper.
