| It's a cumulative counter system that tracks overall reader approval/disapproval of a member. In the upper right corner of this panel you'll see what looks like a balance scale... click on it and a popup will appear. This popup has two buttons where you can select approval or disapproval... also, there's a small panel for your words of approval/disapproval and your user name.
You can check your chart by clicking on User CP.... do it now. I just rep'd you.
