Must have been a State Trooper. They are normally decent guys. Unlike the wannabees that usually stop me in podunk towns or in the State of Oklahoma. Kinsley has an ex-burger flipper that runs a speed trap over there. The City must pay him by the amount of tickets that he writes. He needs to go back to flippin' burgers cause he doesn't have enough knowledge to be a cop.
Most of the
DC officers that I know are pretty decent people. Of course there are alot of new ones, as the pay scale here is not that great. The FOCO SO are great guys. Try riding with one some night. They cover over a thousand square miles.
