Hi, Bronco Fan - thanks for sharing that info with us and for your willingness to discuss it further person-to-person. While I do respect a supervisor that is able to make life a little easier for employees while on-the-job, I tend to have problems with supervisors who do so at the expense of innocents. I agree that the proper action was taken, I just feel it should have been much swifter, regardless of personal relationships. In fact, if there was a good relationship between the supervisor and the driver, the driver should have recognized it and not put the supervisor in this position. Sometimes people just lose their head and it sounds like this driver had done so on more than one occasion. Not really who I'd want to entrust my children's lives to on a daily basis, but we all obviously have our own opinions about that. Take care and continue to check in with us from time to time to keep us honest!

To KC Muffin: Thank you for your post, as you can see I Hi lited in Bold statement you made, how so true. Just like in Life" Friends don't use Friends" just for there advantage. Now for some real facts: We have a great bunch of Drivers, who I feel Do Care about the children on their buses, and We have Safety Meetings every month. and some of us go to a web site about Up to date news and safety measures we can use. I know of no one in our Department that would put the children or anybody else in harms way.
Now that this post knows that the driver and the incident was taken care of, I feel there is no need in to keep this thing going. What some people including some of my fellow Drivers think of the Present Supervisor, they have the right to their own opinion. I feel it time to let go. We should all work together in making this and keeping this Transportation A Great one that it is.We, both the public and the drivers will need to get behind the New Superivor and support He/She to the utmost. Thank you for your time folks and once again thank you KC Muffin
