| Whoever Emporia is isn't as important as the fact that this restaurant is owned by a young couple who are trying to pull themselves up by their boot straps and IF Emporia's post helps get them a few more dollars then it's better for Dodge than giving that money to Pepsi/YUM/Long John Silver's/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut.
