We went to Sarocha's today and I have to say... The food was very good. They need to work on one thing though.... Keeping it hot. Most of the dishes were cold and I think the reason is they have two ceiling fans right above the buffet that was cooling it down. The owner was real nice and checked on us several times. I suggested he turn off the fans above the buffet, and he agreed. His wife (Sarocha) was cooking the food. They do have some work to do still to finish things up on the south side but It is coming along well. I would suggest this place to others. The food was better than expected. I will definitely try it again when the food is hot.
