Like Bubba says, it is the "room" or size of the area. Granted, the "location" this time and last time was not bad, but there is no parking! Look at the problems that Cunningham has had with the old place. Just no room! Quiznos originally was going to go into the mall, but turned it down for the Ham's location. Appears to be making the same mistake again. I am surprised that a FF has not opened up North somewhere to give Wendy's some competition. Besides Pizza Hut and Subway, there is no fast food up there. Willie should have opened a Taco Bueno instead of a liquor store!
