Giving away our property tax money!
I can not believe it. The city of Dodge raised our property tax again and what did they do with the money? They gave it away?

Does anyone remember when Boot Hill was in trouble financially and they went to the city commissioners for money? Well, Boot Hill got our money. What did Boot Hill do with that money? Glad you asked? Are people that operate Boot Hill the same people that are pushing for a casino in Dodge? After getting money from the city they gave our property tax money to lobbiest (sp) in Topeka to try to pass legislation to get a casino here in Dodge? Are our tax dollars being wasted? Spent in Topeka? Given away to lobbiest!?

I'm not saying I'm for, or against a casino. I'm against wasting our tax money on things that we don't even know if we want!

We need some accountibility!
