| If not being used for emergencies or actual business, I think "just visiting" while driving should be outlawed. How would you enforce it?? I don't know! I am on the highways most of the time, and there are numerous cases of inattentive driving. These range from cell phones, to mirror primping, to reading books, to eating, to music, to all sorts of stupid stuff! I even saw a guy one time brushing his teeth. Come on people, get up earlier in the morning and save us the hassle of avoiding you. |
