Don't get me wrong, I am glad that it didn't. I would have dreaded having it up north where I live, but doubt I would have had the zoning board going to bat for me, since I am not on the board.
Just seems like a conflict of interest. One of the board members is not only a direct competitor of JAG, the proposed location for the site, but also lives within a mile of the proposed site, yet his motives are not questioned for spearheading a campaign against the proposed site.
Nobody wants it in their backyard, but some of us aren't as fortunate to be on the board that recommends for/against. | I guess I don't get who you are talking about here Tee! There was no zoning board member leading any opposition against it.
