If your wife is who I think she is.... Well then YES, as a cook at possibly one of the most renouned/famed eating establishments in Dodge City for many many years (while it was still in business), and the previous owner/cook at several other restaurants, then YES she IS a very good cook. I imagine your pallete is a little more refined than the rest of us, being married to her and eating her cooking on a daily basis. Most of us aren't that lucky.
Man, I wish she was still cooking for the public!!
