I would agree with that...but, using that logic, can we saw with all certainty that since 4 rape cases were reported in the last seven days, it means 8 rapes actually occurred?

I cannot comment on any current cases and will not comment on any past investigations. I can say that each case is handled on an individual basis and if certain questions were asked in one case or the use of a lie detector was used in another, there was a reason for it, and not people just grasping at straws.

My problem or question is the use of the wording that 7 rapes had occurred in the last seven days. Are they all documented? Were the victims all fothcoming and cooperative in reporting the crime? Rape can also be many different things, like non-consentual sex, drugs or alcohol usage before sex and not being able to say yes or no, the traditional idea of rape....etc....

And of course, I do agree, if there is one rape a week in Dodge, it is one too many. Women (and men for that matter) need to protect themselves from these situations. Concealed carry hand guns tho, I think, is not for everyone...
