| Dialup modem swap question
A good friend's confusser is on dialup (Pioneer) and his speeds are somewhere between nonexistent and barely-there. Without any adware devices (and a failed attempt at downloading one), I can't sweep it for junk; so I thought I could swap one dialup modem with another. His XP o-s recognized it but it won't work.
What would you do?
