| If I were a victim - I woud report it but I wouldn't want it broadcast. It's not anything but random rape unless there is a common denominator...... like the same perp in all the cases.
If not, then it's important to keep it what it is........... probably a random rape - where the victim possibly knew ther perp. Gotta keep violence in perspective. Ya gonna be less careful if you don't know about them? Gonna be more careful if ya do???? I think my privacy would come first. You can always as an individual go ask - but I don't think several, or 7 rapes constitue a crime wave unless they are connected.
