Try updating your flash code.
If you have Windows 2000, or Windows XP, then versions that begin with "9" are what you need. Anything lower than 7 is no longer supported and not functional on some flash sites. To find out what version you currently have, click here to autodetect. Install VERSION 9 for your PC HERE
