| I don't have quite the faith in the mutual destruction concept. Or more accurately, the understanding of the concept by such countries. A bully understands their target may strike back with mutual force, but bet that they won't and strike.
also, many countries believe the world is due for a good enema, which I happen to agree, and feel they will be protected by their faith. China needs to step up and take serious action or Iran will be next in the nuclear crowd, and they certainly won't hesitate to use it.
